BUET Automobile club organized their annual “Autofest-2019” on 6th and 7th February, 2019 at BUET Auditorium Complex. BUET Automobile club say it is the platform to showcase talent and automobile knowledge through competing in various events like Poster Presentation, Quiz competition, CAD contest, Motor show, Car Meet and Bike stunt show event.

Automotive industry is growing in Bangladesh and has great potential considering nearly 7% annual GDP growth, higher disposable income and improving road infrastructure. BUET engineering students can visualize their future career opportunities in the growing industry and this platform gives them an opportunity to explore and get introduced to their career option.

BUET Auto Club hopes to regularly hold their annual Autofest event and support the growth of the industry by bringing the students and the industry people closer which will encourage fresh graduates to pursue a career in the automobile industry.
